Development and Innovation Conference of Cultivating Diamond Industry -- Guangzhou, China

From May 18 to 19, 2022, the first International Cultivating Diamond Industry Development and Innovation Conference (LGD-IDIC) hosted by Guangzhou Diamond Exchange Center (GUANGZHOU Diamond Exchange Center) was held in Guangzhou. Guests from Guangzhou Bureau of Commerce, Panyu District of Guangzhou, Guangdong Exchange Holding Group and other entities attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. At the same time, a series of activities including think tank forum, industry exchange matchmaking meeting and industry Award ceremony, and launching ceremony of Cultivating diamond Jewelry Design Competition were held, aiming to build a new ecology of cultivating diamond industry, expand the wide application space of cultivating diamond, and help cultivate high-quality development of diamond industry. The successful holding of this pageant inserted "flying wings" for the development of the diamond industry.

The theme of the conference is "Sustainable, New Opportunities, Building and Cultivating diamond Industry Ecosystem". At the meeting, Dr. Sally Magana, senior Manager of GIA Diamond Appraisal Department, delivered a speech entitled "Cultivating the Diamond Industry yesterday, Today and Tomorrow". Guangdong Drilling Center jointly with Guangdong Environmental Rights and Interests Exchange, China Inspection and Certification Group Macau Co., LTD., And shanxi New Carbon Superhard Material Technology, Shanghai Zhengshi Technology, Ningbo Crystal Drilling Technology, LUSANT Lucan, THE FUTURE ROCKS, CARAXY and other enterprises signed THE memorandum of cooperation on THE cultivation of diamond double carbon strategic and THE memorandum of cooperation on THE cultivation of diamond sustainability evaluation. The conference also established the "LGD-IDIC Think Tank for diamond Industry Development and Innovation" to actively explore and promote the cultivation of high-quality sustainable development of diamonds.
